The Cleaning Professional is responsible for preforming high-quality cleaning based on industry standard production levels for the specific class of building assigned. The Cleaning Professional is charged with executing tasks based on the scope of work and willingly adapt to changes base on customer needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing surfaces to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the residential spaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and mirrors, and restock essential supplies like soap and toilet paper.
• Clean kitchen surfaces, countertops, appliances, and sink, as well as wiping down cabinet doors, and removing any stains or spots.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and tidy up bedrooms by organizing personal items.
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins, ensuring waste is properly managed.
• Wash and put away dishes, or load and run the dishwasher.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to maintain a streak-free appearance.
• If requested or needed, do basic laundry tasks like folding and putting away clothes.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items to keep them clean and presentable.
• Respond to emergency phone calls as assigned.

Job duties or responsibilities may be modified as need to reflect changing priorities and/or work conditions per location. Specific responsibilities for each individual as cleaner will be determined by client expectations, Account Manager / Supervisor discretion.

Physical Requirements:

• Must have ability to work with other crewmembers and be able to take direction from supervisor.
• Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties, heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work outside
• Previous experience in  residential cleaning preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

• Valid State drivers license. Must have own transportation.
• Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Must be knowledgeable about the care of different types of commercial carpeting/flooring.
• Experience in the operation of buffers, scrubbers, extractors, sweeping, and vacuuming a plus but not required.
• Must have working knowledge of chemicals used for different types of residential carpeting/flooring.
• Successful completion of Background Check.
